Payments not received in our office by the due date are late. A late payment is subject to a $10 fee. Convenience fees: Credit Card: $5 for mobile home only and $15 for all other risks. eCheck: No Additional Fees. All fees are fully earned as of the effective date. "No account/unable to locate Account" transactions are subject to $5 fee.
We request certain information to make a payment through our online portal. You must provide certain non-financial information such as the insured's name, carrier, policy number, contact information and address. We do not collect or store financial data on our site. Financial information, such as credit card information, is hosted on Authorize.net servers in an iframe. When you use our online payment portal, we use Secure Sockets Layer technology ("SSL") to encrypt your information.
